Runners from all over the world including the top performers go to various camps in North Rift Valley including Kaptangat, High altitude center etc .. it’s not about lack of facilities but training with the best ( ask Americans, South Africans or Europeans). Let me enlighten your stupid ass … the reason why runners like Simbu come to Kenya is the advantage of having many great competitors training next to each other hence pushing each other to the maximum of ability and other additional advantages. In Tanzania he can’t attain maximum advantage by pushing himself alone since there are no equal competitors. Also it helps training with same opponents you gonna face in real competition.
