Almost 99% of Tukuyu here in Mbeya, looks like this. Tukuyu is only 69km from the city
Even Tukuyu is very far, there's a view like this here in the city. And it's about 1.5 km from where I'm staying

btw the main logic here is SPEED, for example moving from the airport to the stadium in 10 mins, something like that, i have no idea why it isnt fully underground, some say the soil but it still serves the purpose, the only places naona wanadig underground ni route ya kwenda airport, kuna sehem ya kuboard a speed train pale! You get the logic, and also pia we need kuachana na commuter train ilopo saahv, when its completed you can for example move from mwenge to airport in maybe 20 mins or even less then to kigamboni maybe something of that kind
