NSSF deduction in TZ is 10% from basic salary and employer adds up on top of that 10% so in total you have 20% of your basic salary as pension. Nyie Ksh 200 tuu mnatoa milio kama yote.

I contribute 4,320 to NSSF which is the highest tier deduction, it is capped at 72k, even a person earning Billions will still contribute 4,320.

Now tells me, how can someone earning 31k being deducted 6% contribute 4,320?
