Can u define government?Since when did parastatals become owned by wananchi? parastatals are 100% owned by governments world over. KPA, which is the equivalent of TPA is 100% owned by the government of kenya thats why its not even lisyed in the nairobi stock exchange. ndo maana nimekupa example na KCB coz that's a private entity which is listed at the NSE
