Those farms are conservancies. Si za kulima. Actually most of them ziko Laikipia county and are mainly settler owned, thats why kumekuwa na vita kati ya Maa(Maasai na Samburu) na settlers

This can only happen in Kenya, 62% Of Kenya's GDP is in the pockets of only 10,000 people and majority are foreigners
Who is a foreigner? And who is not. Whites dont own shit in Kenya and they cannot be foreigners if they were born here and have Kenyan passports dummy. Actually there is a popular black kenyan tribe that owns a lot of property in Kenya. You know them, right??

As per Article 65(1) of the Constitution, a "person who is not a citizen may hold land on basis of leasehold tenure only, and any such lease, however granted, shall not exceed ninety nine years". However, on expiry of the leasehold term a renewal of the lease may be sought. Article 65 further provides that any document which purports to confer on a foreign investor an interest in land with a lease of more than 99 years is deemed and regarded as conferring on that foreigner a 99-year lease and no more. This means that foreign investors can purchase leasehold properties for more than 99 years. However, the constitution implies that it will be deemed as conferring only a 99-year leasehold interest on the foreigner.

Wale waliokuwa wanasherehekea kwamba ujenzi wa Bagamoyo port umekufa, waje hapa tuwasikilize, baada ya miaka mitatu sijui Kenya watajisifia kitu gani, kwa sababu
1)BRT
2)Biggest and modern airport- JNIA
3)Biggest port - Bagamoyo
4)Longest, modern electrical railway
5)Bigest stadium
6)Biggest hydroelectric dam(2100MW)
7)Most industrialized Nation in EAC

Hivi Kenya baada ya 2020 watakuwa na lipi la kuzungumza?, just curious

International companies had to penetrate this side of Africa and they used Nairobi as the hub. Nothing to do with settlers. Settlers mostly ni wakulima and have nothing to do with the Kenyan economy or politics. They are generally not rich enough to control the economy.
mjinga wewe tanzania ilibadilisha mfumo kwenda kwenye ujamaa unafkiri wazungu wangerudi hapa na hao ma settlers ndio wanaomiliki mashamba makubwa kenya, uchumi wa kenya umeshikwa na investors kubaliana na mm usikubali ila hio ndio fact

which was changed in 2010. Foreigners wangapi wameown land since then. Before that you had to be Kenyans. So a majority of land owners are Kenyans
