Very simple explanation without raising the pertinent matters that help those countries to endure. All countries you have mentioned have a wealth of reserves of fossil fuel and Diamonds for Botswana's case.Countries which are mostly affected by drought in the world are Arabic countries, look what they are doing to protect their people from hunger.
Egypt about 90% of it's land is a desert, only one river Nile, but they produce enough food for it's people, Botswana is covered by Kalahari desert, but hunger is not problem there.
Listen, why are you spending a lot of money to educate your people, what for?, to send them to abroad to bring back Remittances?. You have to use your so called " Educated people", to find solutions for your problems, instead of coming up with scientific means, you have opted to go for prayers[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
