their data

2.I havent included buildings like with shops..
......mafuta house with floor one to three for leasing

1.Peninsula Mall 25k-90k sqm still not known U/C
2.Aura Mall ? But its above 20,000sqm U/C to be completed this year
3.Morroco Square mall..20,000sqm U/C to be completed this year
4.NHC Victoria Place ?
5.Tanzanite Mall proposed 80k sqm
6.Lapf Mall proposed 100k sqm

Conclusion Dar is having over 400k sqm ..EXCLUDING kariakoo buildings

Unakuta G+ first 2 flrs are dedicated for shops ..kuna over 30plus stores na sqm zinafika hata 10,000sqm ..kwan ni mpka kitu kiitwe mall ndo kinakua na shopping space au
