Na usimamizi huu wa Tamisemi unahusu ujenzi wa shule na hospitali, mishahara ya watoa huduma ya afya na walimu na pia gharama zote za uendeshaji. Hii inadhihirishwa kwa wizara ya Tamisemi kuwa na katiku mkuu PS mmoja na deputy PS wawili mmoja kwa upande wa elimu na mwingine upande wa afya. Nadhani sasa umeelewa ila kama bado make Google your friend uone jinsi Tamisemi inavyofanya kazi.
