Tz is moving on.let me tell you somethng faoro, i later came to realize tht mega infrastructure projects being constructed in tz, are not actualy it being a priority or a serious necessity,... but by just a way of show-off to other african countries, incdg, SA and egypt, tht tz is "highly developed and sophisticated".. which is totaly false contrary to their size of economy.
projects like electric train for instance, in such a poor country, i find it deem not necessary and irrelevant as for now. they bragg tht they are even now ahead of SA and egypt in this sector. another case is ubungo 3level interchange. it was not even necessary in this case, but just for quelling their loins and to have a false perception or feeling tht they are highly developed!. their mega infrastructure projects are more like a decoration or monuments, and not to fix a problem
nb: contrary to their northern neighbor, all infrastructure in kenya are purpose and custom made to solve an existing problem and not for show-off or to compete with any country
