People have different views but it is not always a bad thing, that money goes to the economy, In Kenya the govt is the largest spender, supporting the private sector.
Clearly you guys have a relatively poor govt, so even with the lower gdp, you still spend less % wise.

The data actually reflects good on Kenya since we are both developing countries. This means we are rapidly developing this time, so it is expected that our imports will be more than our exports, The imports may be for big infrastructure projects, for industrial machines.... Tanzania though has to be worried, since you guys are still an LDC but your figures are past -3400, so it means you are importing things that you could have produced locally plus the ones you need to develop.

We have good infrastructure, thika road, Southern bypass, SGR, Mombasa port, isiolo moyale..still making more
We attract new investments, keep the existing ones, empoying our people


PLUS PLUS.. we are able to borrow more internationally ,easing the pressure locally for the Private sector to borrow and grow business.
