Which cities has flats people living in CBDs? Kenya ni Mombasa kiasi, ndugu ya Dar kwa vitu vingi; swahili, tamaduni na dini, port etc., kama nchi za kiarabu., itabidi mubomoe makazi mengi ya watu, wajengewe nje ya jiji, la sivyo naona Lagos ya pili hapa East Africa.
