The minister has clearly said than 74% of villages are connected to electricity and not households,

are you aware that a village can only have one electric pole yet it's being classified as electricity accessed?

Are you aware that a village can have electricity but only three households in that village is connected to the electricity?🤣😂😂

Are you aware that a village can have electricity with no one connected to the grid?.
