I thought the elevated section was supposed to start just after the southern bypass interchange (the area around Eka Hotel). Did that change? Coz naona hizo pillars are erected before the interchange somewhere before DTBSo many Tanzanians didn't want this project to come to fruition, it reached an extent where they were demanding for the construction board.
