Acha kujinyea Mzee. Dar is a business city but Dodoma is a capital city.It's the reason why the government wanapush kujenga Dodoma from scratch at least to avoid past mistakes. It's very hard uskie any global conference imefanywa Dar. Arusha is a better kuhost wageni nivile tu ni ndogo. The only lifeline to Dar is that it's located at the coast. At least people can enjoy the beach mixed with city life.
