And what would you rate Arteta's two years out of 10?

For me
My rate on arteta's process is a 6+.
He's work & dedication has always been evident, but he lacks experience in crucial moments, his inability to apply experience ahead of tactical convictions has cost the team especially the fans alot.
I hope there are gunners out there that can relate to my despair.
I give him a six bcos he's improving as a coach, seeing Tierney after the Everton blunder, has given me the convictions that he's learning.
The only weak pedana we have currently in the team is odegard,
If we watch our matches beyond the results we would all understand & see the hard work of our coach.
We create alot but profit little
Due to late final touches & decisions.
