Vodacom Tanzania: Support thread (Maswali, malalamiko na Ushauri)

I paid 20k via Mpesa for a LUKU service(power). Unfortunately, Token was not given out(maybe outage problem, that is OK ), but even after a number of weeks follow ups via Vodashop.

Queries were not answered all the way, by emails. When I requested that I need to be copied on the string, it was denied citing it to be internal communication.
How can I retrieve it back?
 
Ile kurudishiwa 10% ya ukilipia huduma kwa M-PESA (mafuta-petrol station, huduma mgahawani/bar etc.) naona ghafla mmepotezea na midakika isiyo na Tija. Poor Vodacom.
 
Nimenunua muda wa maongezi kupitia M-pesa zaidi ya mara mbili, ujumbe wa kufanikisha muamala hauji wala salio sioni kwenye simu.

Kibaya zaidi salio kwenye M-pesa limekatwa. Malizeni usumbufu huu haraka, mnatukwamisha kufanya mawasiliano, aaaaargh.
 
Vodacom shughulikieni madai ya watu. Kuna maeneo mliweka minara lakini kuwalipa stahiki zao imekuwa mtiani tafadhali hiki kitu hakikubaliki
 
Mimi pia natumia voda ila sahivi inakera sana,mtandao unakatakata hovyo,mpesa shida, internet ndo usiseme... Nipo kanda ya ziwa.

Ebu jirekebisheni tafadhali. Alafu mbona hamjibu comments za watu? Au ni dharau?

Sio dharau bali ndo walivyo hawataki kabisa ulalamike, wanataka uwasifie kwa huduma yao mbovu. Hii kitu walitakiwa wapewe wazungu waendeshe na sio sisi waafrica.

Nimeanza kujaza details ila nikawa na wasiwasi pale nilipoona kipengele kinauliza kipato changu kwa mwezi kiasi gani , japo kuna option mbalibali ,nikaselect sehemu ya NONE nikimanisha sina kipato chochote hapo ndo survey ilipokomea.

Sasa najiuliza hii kitu ni upigaji au walimaanisha? Nadhani kuna wadau wa vodacom watakuja na mrejesho mzuri humu.
