I paid 20k via Mpesa for a LUKU service(power). Unfortunately, Token was not given out(maybe outage problem, that is OK ), but even after a number of weeks follow ups via Vodashop.
Queries were not answered all the way, by emails. When I requested that I need to be copied on the string, it was denied citing it to be internal communication.
How can I retrieve it back?
