Tiba ya pekee ni kujiweka mbali na visababishi vya allergy au kutumia antihistamines na kama unatokwa sana macho kuna eyedrops which contain antihistamins,Nasalspray(kwa wale kwenye mafua unayoyaongelea au tablets kwa wale wanaopata upele/muwasho.
