I can understand " we have well mannered staff" lakini "well mannered accommodation services ?" that's a stretch, ina maana accommodation services zao zina manners ? I have seen well mannered dogs, well mannered children, well mannered women, but I have never seen well mannered services, like I said, this could be some extra posh Churchillian diction, but I doubt it.

Halafu katika proper english, ukitaka kusema ndani na nje unaweza kusema within and without, inside and outside au in and out of, huwezi kuandika "within and out of the university premises" utaonekana lugha haipandi. I know ukisema "without" unaweza kuwa interpreted kama unamaanisha "excluding" but that is the logic (or illogic, as Geroge Bernard Shaw, that useful idiot would have it, of some Dickensian twists )
