We have made a lot of progress since independence. Roads, airports, ports, hospitals, railways and universities have been built.
Education has been for decades offered for free.
We have witnessed the massive influx of foreign investments.
Mushrooming of tv and radio stations, and newspapers as well.
The economy has been growing at a very steady rate making it among the fastest growing in subsaharan Africa.
Music and enternainment industry has been growing and thus, new generation of local artists (Bongo flavor)
Telecom sector has made a lot of progress, making Tz a lucrative market for cellular phones, 2nd only to South Africa in the continent.
Tourism is booming.
Real estate is booming, though i suspect it will go bust in the next few years.
Kilimo kwanza, MDG, Saccos, and so many things.
So we are not in the dark
