Mrs Bolt has long business history started back in year 1986. The Chairman and founder of Mrs Bolt Holding Company Mr Ladislaus Mushi is holding the history of this Company. He started his business carrier in year 1986 when he completed his secondary school.

His first business was selling second hand clothes "mitumba" at Kikombaa market in Nairobi Kenya he did this business for one year before he moved back home to Dar es salaam where he started importing beer from Kenya. In year 1987 he opened Grocery where he was selling different drinks and at the same time operate wholesale beer store.

In year 1987 he started operating a hardware store where he was very successful. In year 1988 is when his dream came true because he was using Mrs Bolt as his business name. This year he started auto spare parts business. In year 2000 he started General wholesale shop where he was selling different items.

In year 2002 he opened another auto spare part store at Kariakoo in both stores we are selling different auto spares serving customers mostly needed spares. In year 2007 he started a new Company Japan Tanzania Enterprises Co. Ltd. This is dealing with importing and selling motorcycles from Japan.

In 2009 he started another Company Japan Auto Connections Ltd. This is dealing with importing and selling used motor vehicles. In year 2010 he started another Company Double M connection Co Ltd. This is dealing with importing and selling bicycles.
