Serikali imetangaza kuanza kwa Tahasusi (Combination) mpya tano kwa ajili ya Wanafunzi watakaoingia Kidato cha Tano mwaka 2021 ili kuondoa changamoto ya ukosefu wa Wataalamu Nchini.
Waziri wa Nchi Ofisi ya Rais TAMISEMI, Seleman Jafo amesema Tahasusi hizo ni Fizikia, Hesabu na Kompyuta (PMC), Kiswahili, French na Chinese (KFC), Kiswahili, English na Chinese (KEC), Physical Education, Biology na Fine Art (PEBFA) na Physical Education, Geography, Economics (PEGE).
Jafo amesema Tahasusi ya PMC itatolewa katika Shule ya Sekondari ya Dodoma ambayo itakuwa maalumu kwa Wasichana ambapo kwa Wavulana itakuwa Sekondari ya Wavulana ya Iyunga.
Tahasusi ya KFC na KEC itatolewa katika Shule ya Sekondari ya Wasichana Morogoro na ya Wavulana Usagara wakati PEBFA na PEGE itatolewa Sekondari ya Wasichana Makambako, Sekondari ya Wavulana Kibiti na Sekondari ya Mpwapwa.
Ni bahati mbaya sana Watu tunachangia Kihisia zaidi huku tukikosoa ( kumkosoa ) mno aliyetangaza.
Ukituliza ( mkituliza ) Akili zenu na Kutafakari kwa Kina hizo ( hizi ) Tahasusi ( Combinations ) za Kitaaluma ( Kielimu ) ni nzuri kwa Nyakati tuliopo na zina Tija vile vile.
Watanzania Kukosoa ( Kuhoji ) mambo ( masuala ) ni haki yetu ila kabla ya Kukosoa huko tuwe tunatakari kwa Kina hadi Kujiridhisha Kimantiki.
Nina uhakika Tangazo hili asingelitoa Waziri husika TAMISEMI Suleiman Jafo ambaye sasa anachukiwa huku akihukumiwa kwa Itikadi zetu za Siasa wala asingepingwa hivi na lingekubalika na wengi.
Binafsi ninaipongeza tu Serikali kwa hili.

ABOUT CONFUCIUS INSTITUTE AT UDOM
WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO
The Confucius Institute at UDOM is geared into promoting and teaching Chinese Language and Culture in Tanzania and facilitating quality delivery of Chinese culture and language teaching and educational exchange between China and Tanzania. We specifically:
As an academic entity, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dodoma is hosted in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. Thus, all academic activities are handled by/and through the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature; channelled to the School Board, College Board, and then to Senate. Other activities (cultural, exchange, and collaboration programmes) are handled by the Directors of CIUDOM and reported to the CIUDOM Board.
- Teach Chinese language to students, and train Chinese language instructors.
- Provide Chinese language teaching resources.
- Hold HSK and HSSK Examinations (Chinese Proficiency Tests).
- Conduct language and cultural exchange activities between China and Tanzania.
- Facilitate Chinese Language and cultural promotion activities and events.
- Establish educational and cultural collaborations with external institutions.
- Provide consultative services concerning China’s educational and cultural information to the needy Tanzanian clients.
- Establish collaborative links, which include the exchange of students and lecturers between China and Tanzania.
- Coordinate Confucius Institute’s Scholarships given to the students, academic and/or administrative staff of the appropriate department in the University of Dodoma.
- Provide links with the Chinese Government, organizations and companies for the schools, institutes, and establishments between Tanzania and China.

RESOURCES
- The Institute has two independent buildings. One is for offices occupied by Chinese Language Instructors and the teaching building with 3 multimedia classrooms, a 30-seat language laboratory, and a 30- seat computer room in which students are invited to access internet free.CIUDOM offices for directors are located in the Administrative Building of the College of Business Studies and Law.
- A fully equipped Tanzania Shaolin Wushu (Kungfu) Centre located in the Administrative Building of the College of Business Studies and Law
- A Kungfu Base located in Dar es Salaam
- Co-directors (Local and Chinese), Chinese instructors, and volunteer teachers
- Five teaching centres, including Muslim University of Morogoro.

Bachelor of Fine Arts and Design
Programme Specification
This is a three year degree programme in which students will be given professional skills in fine arts and design disciplines to enable them appreciate, design and produce works of art at the professional level. It‟s a self-job creation professional training intended to create a generation of Tanzanians who are able to appreciate and create works of art for national and international consumption. In addition, the programme also provides students with skills in film and television to enable them expand their working platforms and markets for their works. Field practical training courses are a must and students will undergo two practical training sessions during the three years of study.Learning outcomes:-

Work in arts and design industries

Bachelor of Arts in French
Programme Specification
This programme aims at equipping students with Linguistic and French language knowledge and skills. The overall objective is to prepare a cadre of high quality language skills to take care of matters related to the French language professionally. To achieve this, the programme is designed to introduce students to different Linguistic theories and various rules that govern French language. Among the theories to be covered include: syntactic theories, sociolinguistic theories, pragmatic theories, language acquisition theories, proofreading, translation and interpretation theories, meaning related theories, phonological and morphological theories, etc. The above mentioned theories and others will give the right competence to students in analyzing language related materials in a scholarly manner.
Learning Outcomes
The Programme prepares competent professionals who can handle French language issues efficiently and effectively; it prepares French experts who can generate new knowledge in its analysis, use and teaching in the context of Tanzania and beyond. At the end of the programme, students are expected to be well informed French language specialists and hence be able to be employed or employ themselves as:French Language consultants

Programme Specifications
The programme deals with the communication problems within societies of different languages. It imparts students with principles of translation and interpretation in various settings, designs translation and interpretation projects. It further entails students with stumbling blocks in translation and interpretation carriers and their appropriate solutions.
Programme Objectives
The programme aims to meet the following specific objectives:To train translators and interpreters who will work, efficiently, in different contexts such as, business, legal, technological and specific discipline; specifically, for economic, political and social developments;
To train translators and interpreters who will successfully promote Tanzanian economic chances by translating and interpreting information found in Kiswahili into other foreign languages.
Learning Outcomes of the Programme
Solve communication problems within societies of different languages;Apply principles of translation and interpretation in various settings;
Design translation and interpretation projects; and
