Well said man! But what suppose be our roles as the potential group in the social since we went to school of their revenue!

I think currently our humble role and responsibility to our people is to tirelessly encourage them through active involvement in all walks of their life affairs. The only hope for developing a new civilization is to accept responsibility for improving our lives through knowledge, understanding, and a deeper comprehension of humanity's relationship to natural processes of evolution. Our future is determined by effort we put forth to achieve this transition. I know, through socialization and in all levels of schools, we are not taught to be thinkers, but reflectors of our culture. Let's teach our people to be thinkers, and we shall change Tanzania. If one think s/he can't change Tanzania to a more better Tanzania, It just means s/he is not one of those that will. I hope you are! That is the role that you and I and every body else can play...

The development of our people it will depend on the establishment of strong insitutions ranging from academics, social insitutions like strong family with moral obligation together with functional institutions i.e goverment, judiciary and parliament all these together we wiil have hope to reach our destiny of living in the country of the middle economy after 20 yrs frm now.

Absolutely, however, to operationalize what you have rightly suggested, we must work out anything if we put our mind to it, study it through research and do hard work instead of finding simple answers to tough questions that disturbs all life walks our people (being it social, economics, politics or cultural). We must therefore be creative in whatsoever we do. By creativity, I mean taking known elements and putting them together in unique ways that aims to arrive at workable solutions.
