Close your eyes as you begin to call upon the universe, your ancestors, spirit guides, guardian angels, and whomever you find yourself drawn to call in.
Ask them for their divine focus, direction, discipline, council, love, and protection.

Open your eyes, call on The Lady of Divine White Light and ask her to surround you in her Divine White Light!
Close your eyes again.

Wait another minute or two.
Begin focusing on your breathing.
Focus on getting it back in sync with your heartbeat and the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

After you've gotten to the point of breathing in unison with her, as best you can, open your eyes as if for the very first time.
Feel your hands and body as if it's your first time.

ALLOW YOURSELF TO RE-EXPLORE THAT DIVINE VESSEL THAT YOU HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH VIA MOTHER/FATHER CREATOR.

Feel and listen to your breath as your hands, once again, go forth on their "first ever" exploration of that divine flesh within these incredible creation force energies.

YOU ARE AWESOME..

Go forth and explore that magnificent vessel of yours with naked eyes and an open heart!
We wish not for judgement of self and / or others.
For we will ALWAYS CONVICT OURSELVES and inflict the harshest of punishments

WE ARE OF THE LIVING, LOVING, LIGHT

Remember, anything less then love is an outside intrusion into your energetic presence of purpose.
