Despite all weaknesses that can be seen from outside, if Dar says today Kagame has to go he will go, not even Museveni will be in a position to save him. The trouble is, people are equating PK to watutsi, or PK to banywarwanda, the three are not same. If Tanzania says banyrwanda have to go, that will have to wait till God dies.

Unajua PK amelianzisha mwenyewe, wacha liendelee, inawezekana bado hajui Tanzania ni nini.

Haaa aaaahhh...kelele tuu mbona, waambie walianzishe tuu, anyway acheni kujidanganya na story zenu za kishabiki, war btn TZ and Rwanda will never happen period! Vita sio lelemama mjomba

Rwanda inajua vita IPI?? Wacha UJINGA WEWE.
Wahuni mkishapipiga na kubaka raia mnajipa vyeo vya Colonel MUKAMASIMBA ndiyo unakuja hapa kusema mnajua vita??
Acha utani dogo, watutsi mna mdomo kama mwanamke wa kiswahili ukimpa Kofi la Moto anakimbia akiwa analia dunia nzima isikie amepigwa.
Huyo ndiyo Kagame&Co. Ltd.

Marehemu Mandela zaidi ya kumpa a warm welcome, ilibidi pia tumsindikize kwa kumpatia pasi ya kusafiria while also availing places to live and train Umkhonto we Sizwe.

My heart bleeds to see my country Tanzania having a track record of backing Hutu extremist murderers. Huwezi kuwakarimu wauaji wa ndugu zangu halafu uje kunishauri eti nizungumze nao, it's simply preposterous.
Tanzania iliwahi ku-host Kagame.

LAST WEEK President Jakaya Kikwete of Tanzania rolled out the red carpet for Faustin Twagiramungu, once Rwanda's Prime Minister. It is unusual for a head of state to give VIP treatment to an ordinary individual with no known achievements, or political status in his country.
Twagiramungu's only claim to distinction is his dismal failure as prime minister, perennial grumbling, plotting against his country and a high level of ingratitude to people who saved his life.
In normal circumstances this would be considered a diplomatic faux pas considering that Tanzania and Rwanda are neighbours and partner states in the East African Community.
Obviously this fact is not strong enough to dissuade some people against abandoning customary civilised conduct. In that sense Twagiramungu's high level reception was not unexpected. In fact, it fits into a pattern that became public early in 2013.
The visit comes after Twagiramungu announced an alliance of his little known party (to do with dreams or something) with the genocidal Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR).
His announcement followed another one by the Bernard Ntaganda faction of PS-Imberakuri that they were also forming an alliance with FDLR.
The Rwanda National Congress of another Faustin – Kayumba Nyamwasa – has been desperately trying to get hitched to the genocidal bandwagon. If they have not gone the whole distance, it is because of mutual mistrust, not for lack of effort.
So immediately the announcements are made, Twagiramungu and co. hops off to Dar es Salaam to meet President Kikwete. Was it on their initiative? No. They were invited. Was this a friendly visit to an old buddy? Yes and no.
Some of you will remember that a year ago, President Kikwete proposed that the Government of Rwanda should negotiate with the FDLR for them to return home and for peace in the Great Lakes Region.
To Rwandans busy rebuilding their country and their Rwandanness, Kikwete's proposal was either the result of great disrespect and insensitivity or part of a wider plan against Rwanda.
As it now turns out, that outrageous suggestion was not the random muttering of someone with nothing useful to say, but part of a well-thought out strategy.
The answer to his preposterous proposal was unequivocal. No – there can never be any negotiations with genocidaires.
President Kikwete and his new-found foreign allies – the same that are responsible for all the mayhem in this region – must have realised that the proposal for talks could not fly. In the eyes of Rwandans and other right-thinking people, FDLR was a criminal, terrorist and genocidal organisation and not a legitimate political party.
And so they had to move to the next stage of the plan – to legitimise it. Hence the rush for a PS Imberakuri faction and Twagiramungu to announce their alliance with the FDLR.
Allying with parties perceived to be free of genocide connections was obviously meant to erase the genocide label from FDLR and turn it into an acceptable and credible political organisation.
Whitewashing FDLR is the first phase in a two-pronged strategy by Kikwete, Rwandan fugitives and foreign powers to pressure the Government of Rwanda into negotiating with it.
Their thinking seems to be that if the genocide label is hidden from view and the base of the organisation broadened, the FDLR would gain credibility and there would be no more reason for Rwanda not to negotiate with it.
If this is not enough to push Rwanda into talks, there is a back-up position – use of force. This second phase of the strategy is already under way.
It is well-known that the FDLR has been an integral part of the forces that fought M23 rebels in the eastern D R Congo. This alliance of forces included MONUSCO, DRC army and special UN Intervention Brigade whose bulk of troops was provided by Tanzania.
It is also common knowledge that in the joint operations against M23 some of the UN arms were given to FDLR. The same weapons are expected to be used by the FDLR and its allies to fight their way into Rwanda.
This part of the strategy explains why the Intervention Brigade whose mandate was to fight all negative forces in DRC has made no move against FDLR. You simply cannot fight an ally, especially if that ally also happens to be a vital element of your strategy.
This is not the first attempt to legitimise FDLR. Its apologists led by Human Rights Watch, MONUSCO and some of the many special envoys to the DRC have argued that it is no longer made up of genocidaires but children born after the genocide.
And these should not be condemned because of the sins of their parents, that there is no issue of original sin here.
The trouble is that FDLR remains a genocidal organisation despite all the attempts to wash it clean. It has not renounced the ideology of genocide. The children born in FDLR territory in DRC in the last twenty years have been brought up on that ideology and know no other.
In that sense they are worse than their parents. But in any case they have always been invited to return home, and thousands have done so.
The political parties now allied to FDLR to give it a cleaner face and broader base have no national character and represent only a few people – mainly their founders.
Their leaders, such as Twagiramungu have lost touch with reality and live in a permanent state of reverie. President Kikwete is gambling on the wrong people.
The option of fighting the Rwanda Defence Force – well, that is a different proposition that only the foolhardy, the utterly stupid or suicidal can contemplate. I would strongly advise against it.

Kuna interest gani hapa for JK to host FDLR (number one enemy of Kigali), hii haitafikia kwenye army conflicts bts these two states(they know better) ila ninachoona uhusiano baina ya TZ na Rwanda umefikia mwisho na hakutakuwa na ushirikiano kwa chochote for the long time to come na sitashangaa kuona borders btn them zikifungwa, watakao umia ni wafanyabiashara kama Azam mwenye billions of businesses in Kigali, trucking business,Rwanda will stop using Dar port for good etc,na kwa hili naona sasa COW is the new EA...tofauti za kipuuzi za wanasiasa ambazo hazina maslahi ya nchi zinaishia kuharibu kazi na biashara za wananchi

Not sure na ulichoandika lakini Tanzania is not a biggest trading partner of Rwanda,na hata matumizi ya Dar port yamepungua sana na sasa almost 100% of Rwandans cargo zinapitia Mombasa, for now Uganda, Kenya and Eastern Congo ndio partner wao wakubwa kibiashara,Nafikiri businesses btn them is a lost opportunity baada ya deal LA kujenga reli kufa na hizi politics za sasa naona ndio zinaongezea,TZ alitakiwa aigeuze Rwanda customer wake 100% lakini naona Kenyatta kashinda for now...my wish and hope ni amani na uhusiano mzuri btn them, hizo politics zitapita tuu

Huyu mtu anasumbuliwa na paranoia for he knows kifo chake kiko karibuni. Ashukuru ameweza kuishi miaka 20 toka aingie Rwanda ila sasa his time is done, people will kill him and his entire family. Time will tell. I support anybody who kills terrorist and war lords like Kagame.

Tensions flared up again over the weekend between Rwanda and Tanzania after it emerged that President Jakaya Kikwete was hosting at his private residence Rwandan dissidents in Diaspora including rebel FDLR commanders.

Kagame and Kikwete at a meeting in Kampala in 2013 The alleged political and ideological ties between Kikwete and President Paul Kagame’s enemies are emerging as the latest flash point between the two countries, whose relations have deteriorated sharply in recent months.

Impeccable sources said two high ranking members of Rwanda National Congress (RNC) - Theogene Rudasingwa (Coordinator) and Condo Gervais were joined by FDLR Executive Secretary Lt Col Wilson Irategeka and the operations commander, Col Hamadi, in Tanzania last week for talks.

It remains unclear why the group decided to convene in the East African country but a long-lingering argument that Kikwete is a sympathiser of the Rwandan opposition forces has since flared up with new intensity since the Tanzanian leader told a meeting on the sideline of the African Union Summit in Ethiopia last year that Kigali should hold talks with the terrorist FDLR.

“ADF is attacking Uganda and FDRL is doing the same to Rwanda so efforts should be made to end such attacks. Talks should be held between governments and rebels hiding in the DRC where they launch attacks against their countries of origin. Military operations against the rebels will not yield fruit,” said Kikwete.

Rwanda’s Foreign Affairs Minister swiftly made a counterattack, describing Kikwete’s statements as “aberrant” and “shocking.”

“Those who think that Rwanda today should sit down at the negotiating table with FDLR simply don’t know what they are talking about,” charged Mushikiwabo in an interview with Radio France Internationale (RFI).

Sources who preferred anonymity so as to speak freely further told this website that the two delegations of FDLR and RNC were received in Dar es Salaam on Thursday evening.

This was just a few days after former Rwanda Premier, Faustin Twagiramungu, was hosted in Tanzania. Twagiramungu recently said his party, RDI Rwanda Rwiza, would remove Kagame from office by force of arms.

However, in a statement seen by Chimpreports, Irategeka said “FDLR leadership is saddened by the use of the president of Republic of Tanzania’s name HE. Jakaya Kikwete, by certain entities, or individuals for their unknown agendas. FDLR entire leadership is based in Eastern DRC, and has no representation in Tanzania nor holds any foreign passport.”

The developments come hardly a month after RNC founder Patrick Karegeya was found dead at hotel in Johannesburg.

It is widely thought that RNC has been struggling with internal squabbles emanating from mistrust and divergent views on what method should be used to remove President Paul Kagame from power.

While moderates believe in an uprising from within Rwanda, some on the extreme end are advocating for war.

Sources said FDLR supply lines have been reopened, with the militia, whose ideology and leadership led to the 1994 genocide, receiving plenty of military logistics at its bases in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Towards the end of 2013, the government of Rwanda alerted the United States, United Nations, UK and countries in the Great Lakes region of an “impending invasion” of Rwanda by militants in DRC, a military plan that reportedly has the blessing of individuals in France and hostile countries.

Rwanda officials further said that some members in the UN Force Intervention Brigade were in bed with FDLR instead of fighting the negative force as required by the UN mandate.

The UN brigade that fought and defeated the M23 comprised soldiers from Malawi, South Africa and Tanzania.

Matter of priority

The FDLR is considered a national security threat to Rwanda.

At a recent meeting, President Kagame told Russell Feingold, the US Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region of Africa and DRC that the genocidal militia must be firmly dealt with “as a matter of priority.”

Earlier, without mentioning Kikwete, the Rwandan leader accused his Tanzanian counterpart of making reckless remarks about FDLR.

“When people continue to uphold the genocide ideology, it is a reminder that the path ahead is still long,” Kagame told the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) National Executive Committee meeting in Kigali in 2013.

“We cannot take anything for granted. For Rwanda, this is not just about a discussion. The consequences are a death or life issue for Rwanda,” he added.

He further noted that talk of negotiations with FDLR was “evidence of those who have the luxury of speaking but suffer no consequences.”

Kagame said then that “speaking casually and calling on us to negotiate with the killers of our people is utter nonsense.”

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of 45 army officers at the Rwanda Defence Forces Staff and Command College last year, Kagame described Kikwete’s idea as dancing on the “mass graves of our people.”

Though he did not mention Kikwete, Kagame maintained proposals that Rwanda should hold talks with FDLR were premised on “ignorance” and “ideological problems.”

“I kept quiet for the contempt I have for it (FDLR talks) because I thought it was utter nonsense spoken out of ignorance. We must be left to live our lives the way Rwandans want to live them,” charged Kagame. He further said “RPF did not seek revenge when it had every reason to be tempted...I don't think anybody should be having issues with us.”

I would have loved to see that Rwanda Become one of Tanzania Region,Hope that it is about three days we will reach capital city Kigali,if not with in few hours Kigali will turn into ashes, there is no need to go there, but to attack them from capital city Dsm.
Once we reach capital city we will overthrow kagame's regime and plant our puppet leader who will receive orders from Dsm,after that we will regrant again their Independence.I talk this due to the fact that Tanzania has great military capabilty.
So Kagame proceed and then will see the end of regime before respected time.
