I know what you mean, I have read that part too, I (emphasis here), do not think that, that accounts for sexual immorality. Imagining a woman IMHO is just innate and completely harmless, its just the way that it should be because what is the otherwise here? If you too, agree to the definition of sexual immorality as the evil ascribed to sexual acts that violate social conventions[SUP]1[/SUP], then the biological happenings are an exempt as the definition confines us to the social context. Thus, I find not, masturbation and/or being in possession of pornographic content immoral.

Ahaaa...if that's how the law is written, then it is too vague to mete out any kind of sensible punishment and I would win that case on any given day.

Are acts against the order of nature clearly defined and enumerated in those law books that you've read? If they are, what are they? And why would masturbation be against the order of nature and per who?

The whole idea of masturbation being unlawful flies in the face of logic, reason, and basic common sense.

Why? Well, check this out...I'm in the comfort of my own bedroom and I decide to watch some ebony porn flicks. I get horny and there is no female around to give me a happy ending. So I decide to give myself one.

So why would me giving myself a happy ending be unlawful? That's just so stupid and dumb and it reeks of invasion of privacy.

I can understand if masturbation in public is unlawful. But masturbation in the comfort and privacy of your own home....no..no..no.

Mkuu ukisema the biological happenings basi kila kitu utakiondoa kwenye dhambi coz kila kitu regardless of what people think in one way or the other origin yake ni huko huko.. Uki-define it in that way then even adultery utasema its just biological n thus si dhambi... When defining sexual immorality it is better to use the biblical definition of the term, na hii utaipata from passing through different pages in the bible ambazo zinaongelea the same thing, If u keep on sticking to the point that masturbation is right then bro! there is no elaboration on what consitutes as "against order of nature".

a theist would define sexual acts other than pen** into vag*** as "against order of nature". idk how an atheist/lawyer would define this. furthermore i did not see such a definition in the currect sexual acts law
