Mkuu mi nilitumia Amitriptyline. I was warned though kwamba ni addictive na naweza pata withdrawal symptoms wakati wa kuacha. Ila I'm glad earlier this year nimeacha kabisa kutumia both the anti depressants na sleeping pills without any effect.

So ulitumia amitriptyline peke yake? kwa muda gani?

I have been depressed and its something i would never wish on anyone.i couldn't sleep, i couldn't pray, i had suicidal thoughts ni balaa. Nilikua nachukia mornings coz of the length of hours that i have to deal with people. Ikifika usiku nayo ndo kero zaidi maana i couldn't sleep naweza ingia kitandani sa mbili ila mpaka sa tisa nipo macho. For me nilitumia anti depressants za kawaida na sleeeping pills kunisaidia kulala. Ila ki ukweli nahisi ni Mungu tuu kanisaidia kutoka huko nilipo kua.

Changing lifestyle is a good start to healing from depression.

But change is hard to most people.

You may advice someone suffering from depression to eat better but they will only eat better for few days or weeks and forget it take months of commitment to heal.

But its not for me to blame anyone. I know its hard to heal from depression. Some people spend years with no hope and decide to commit suicide.

My advice is when you are depressed find someone you trust to talk to. You may find them online or in person. Never ever try hide anything it may kill you.
