Asante mamy ila mbona kama diet yako iko vice versa..kwa nini nile matunda mchana na sio usiku?Ni lifestyle tu ndo unatakiwa kubadili mfano asubuhi kufanya zoezi hata 15mins mda unaamka, chai usiweke sukari kunywa na vitafunio ila sio ving sanaa kiasi tu hakikisha unashiba ,mchana kula matunda ya kutosha mpaka ushibe usile chakula thn usiku ukisikia njaa sana unaweza kula kidogo au kama huna njaa kunywa maziwa mgando ......
