Owkey.. .supper hua ndo nakunywa maziwa and some bite ndo naenda kulala, coz this hali imenifanya ni loose hata appetite for sure especially chakula cha jioni sikifurahii at all.
 
I think basi shida niliyo nayo ni ku-sort out between hayo mawazo ninayoweza kuyafanya na nisiyoweza kuyafanya for now, coz yote yanakuja tuuu. . .naona ndo chanzo kikubwa cha hali hii.

The good thing ni kwamba unajitambua.it is obvious kwamba kazi ndio inakupa stress,umeadmit kwamba you have plans and things to accomplish in an exraodinary way..hapa nimenote kwamba unataka kutowaangusha hao wanaokutazama,gud!but find a better way of making division of labour if possible and carryout the necessary parts of your job..for example kama unadrive towards your office jaribu kuwa na dereva,folen za hapa na pale zinastress nazo ukufika home au ofisini umechoka tayari.Pia elewa kwamba ni vizuri kupata mawazo na msaada kwa wanaokuzunguka usife kisabuni na mambo kichwani wakati unge jaribu ku share na watu juu ya hilo unalotaka kufanya ungepata msaada japo wa mawazo..
