What I like about RR unlike OLE is that he has a clear way of thinking, he knows what he wants from his team, how he wants them to play, and what every player needs to bring into that process to make it real.

But, what has been happening is that, a couple of guys, especially Ronaldo has been resistant to this process, and RR came in at the moment when Ronaldo has already established himself as a cult leader in the minds of some guys.

Early on, before the sucking of OLE, rumors were already rampant that Ronaldo has taken Over the dressing Room, and a couple of guys were uneasy about it, and I was like, what the hell is going on... not sure whose idea exactly was about bringing him back between OLE & Fergie and pressure from a bunch of short sighted fans.

Now, he wants to vet who the permanent coach should be... faki.
 
one mistake RR is making is thinking that, every player can fit into the style, well, he knows better, but some one like Ronaldo is an OLD Dog whom you can not teach new techniques.

Ronaldo is an established celebrity, and highly established than Pogba, both wants the team to play around them, I remember at some point OLE was formulating the team to play around Pogba to get the best out of him, the guy was a real dumb.

Now, this Ronaldo, at 36 Years, he is being paired by poor Rashford at 23 years, a fucken gap of 13 years, and gaps both Sancho and GW 15 Years, I am talking about MOTE THAN A DECADE AGE DIFFERENCE here, this is a revolutionary GAP, there is a cultural war going on there, am not quite surprised to seeing such an unorganized attacking force.

Now, how do you sort out this mess, SALE HIM OFF.
 
May be RR is a too much talk guy too, But, you know, the way he explains these things, it just describes him as a professional guy, he knows the thing, this is the kind of guy we need to support.
