Manchester United (Red Devils) | Special Thread

Kwahiyo solution ni ipi?
I think Executive Vice Chairman Ed Woodward is going nowhere, seeing that he is the Glazer's right hand man but he has to leave the football decisions to someone else with extensive experience in the running of a football club, that person should then sit on the Board. We just need proper football men in the Director of football role and Transfer Chief, they decide what kind of football is played, the players who suit the style of play and crucially a coach who fits the players and club.

Our new guys should oversee all football matters which includes the scouting network, chasing targets, doing the negotiations and basically be coach's direct supervisors just like Ed to Ole or Florentino Pérez to Zinedine or Txiki Begiristain to Pep. The guys who understands why a manager needs his most crucial signing in time.

Halafu tuache kuwa na such a small list of targets, clubs are exploiting the lack of alternatives to milk us dry, Harry Maguire was not worth more than £50M max but Leicester City knew he was our only target they expoited that to earn as much as possible. (That's why I recommended transfer chief too, someone with trasfer market strategies)

The biggest handicap for Manchester United is that the club is owned by Americans who naturally aren't football-lovers like Brits or Spaniards or Italians, half of the Board comprises of the Glazer family leaving the rest to the suits who run the business. They need to have atleast 3 out of the 12 positions occupied by football minds guide to offer insight on football.

Umenifuta ujinga.
