We just need proper football men in the Director of football role and Transfer Chief, they decide what kind of football is played, the players who suit the style of play and crucially a coach who fits the players and club.

Our new guys should oversee all football matters which includes the scouting network, chasing targets, doing the negotiations and basically be coach's direct supervisors just like Ed to Ole or Florentino Pérez to Zinedine or Txiki Begiristain to Pep. The guys who understands why a manager needs his most crucial signing in time.
