Man Utd News: Romelu Lukaku has surprised Jose Mourinho

Manchester United splashed out an initial £75m to bring Lukaku to Old Trafford from Premier League rivals Everton.

Big things were expected from the Belgian after hitting 51 goals in the previous two seasons for the Toffees.

And he has surpassed Mourinho’s expectations, bagging six league goals in six appearances.

“I knew that he would always score goals,” the United manager told Match of the Day.

“I knew that he would score more goals for us than for Everton or West Bromwich Albion, that's logic.
