Manchester United have confirmed defender
Luke Shaw has suffered a double leg
fracture and will have surgery on the injury
on his return to Manchester.
The defender was caught by Hector Moreno
after breaking into the box, and play was
delayed for around 10 minutes before he
was eventually helped from the pitch.
Our thoughts go out to
lukeShaw23, who has suffered a
double fracture of the leg. He will
have an operation on his return to
Manchester.

Marcos Rojo came off the bench to replace
the former Southampton left-back, with
Louis van Gaal consoling his player as he
left the pitch.
The England international has been a key
player for United this season, starting all
seven matches to date as well as both of
England's European Championship
qualifying clashes.
This is not the first time Shaw has suffered
injury problems in his time at Old Trafford
after struggling with fitness during his first
season with the 20-time Premier League
champions.
