Pamoja sana mashabiki wote wa Man U ktk kumwondoa huyu kidudu mtu wa gap la point moja anayeandama ligi, viva Man U!

Without question the biggest rivalry in English football takes centre stage today. Liverpool v Manchester United. Away win please.

kama lvg atapanga kikos kile tulichomuua nacho Tottenham lazma tushinde

Timu ya ushindi ni hii:-

De Gea, Rojo, Valencia, smalling, Jones, carrick, Herrera, Rooney, Fellaini, young na Angel Di Maria.

Angel Di Maria ni muhimu for counterattack. Liver dakika 30 za mwanzo wataweka pressure wakitafuta mabao ya kushtusha tukiwanyang'anya mpira ni counterattack hapo watalia na kusaga meno

Jake: Why don't United ever get penalties at Anfield?

Ha ha. Ferguson said after the 3-3 in 1988 managers 'have to leave here choking on their own vomit, biting their tongue, afraid to tell the truth' after Colin Gibson was sent off (deservedly, I might add).

The last time United got a penalty at Anfield was in 1999, when Jamie Carragher, back when he was an accommodating full-back for visitors at Anfield, hacked Jesper Blomqvist in the chest and Denis Irwin scored before he was ludicrously sent off.

I actually don't think it's a major controversy United haven't had a penalty at Anfield in 16 years. It's probably accentuated by the fact Gerrard took five in five years at Old Trafford, and all but one of those penalties were correctly awarded. Daniel Sturridge's dive over Vidic last season was, as Luis Suarez said, so good nobody at the time disputed the decision apart from Vidic, who knew he hadn't touched him.

The only time in recent years I can recall United were robbed of a penalty at Anfield was when Louis Saha was tripped by Daniel Agger in the O'Shea game back in 2007. Coincidentally, the referee who failed to give that penalty is officiating today: Martin Atkinson.

Abi Abuchi asks: What are the chances of a United win today?

That's left me open to a prediction as disastrous as Michael Fish's in '87 (Google him).

If United won at Anfield today it would be colossal. Liverpool have been in excellent form, they haven't lost a League game since the defeat at Old Trafford and are unbeaten at Anfield since November.

And then you factor in United's woeful performances at Anfield and it feels ominous.

However, United played brilliantly last week and the FA Cup elimination seemed to galvanise them. This season is a failure already, since United's success is measured by trophies, but it can still be salvaged.

The quandary with playing so well against Spurs is Van Gaal achieved it with a questionable line-up. Few expected Mata to perform on the right or Fellaini to dominate Tottenham but they did, so does he change a winning formula or bring back Di Maria for today? It's a good problem to have and this is possibly the toughest team Van Gaal has had to pick all season.

Disappointingly, I'll go for a 1-1 draw.

Shoaib Shah asks: Should Di Maria replace Juan Mata?

It's a dilemma, but starting Di Maria on the bench could prove to be the turning point in his United career. He has not played truly well for months and something drastic needs to galvanise United's most expensive signing.

I can understand why people want him restored; he is quicker than Mata and a more conventional winger, while Mata's performance last week was a tad overstated and it was maybe the exception to the norm.

Di Maria's been a danger to his own team, though, and should have been dropped for the Newcastle game. He has this terrible habit of sparking opponents' counter-attacks and it would be a risk to play him on the right given how disastrously he has played there recently.

Tatizo la Man U ni upangaji mmbovu wa LVG kama ule wa FA. Usishangae leo akapanga watu wa ajabu ajabu kama Januzaj, Falcao, Van Persie halafu Rooney akamrudisha nyuma.
