Andy Robertson undergoes Liverpool medical as he closes in on £10m transfer from Hull
ANDY ROBERTSON is reportedly finalising his move to Liverpool.
The Scottish international was seen arriving to his medical at the Spire hospital in his new home city on Thursday.
The reds have agreed to an initial £8 million fee with Hull which could rise with a further £2 million of performance related add-ons according to The Mirror.
The 23-year-old will have to wait to meet his new teammates though who are currently on a pre-season tour in Hong-Kong.
But he is set to arrive in manager Jurgen Klopp’s native Germany next week to participate in Liverpool’s preparations for the new season.
Robertson exits Hull following their relegation from top-tier football.
The left back has been with the tigers for three seasons in which they yo-yo’ed between the top two leagues.
He made 115 appearances for the club scoring a total five goals.
