It will never happen. As long there is constitution for the people of Tanzania, then, all Tanzanians are inclusive. Constitution is for Tanzanians and not a sect of people who believe in a deity.

The Judiciary is one of the arms of the Government established under the Constitution of Tanzania. It is independent from other government functions and provides a forum for the just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution of Tanzania.

The mandate of the Judiciary is the administration of justice and judicial matters.

Issues of Kadhi Courts:
Now, regarding Kadhi Court, its decision are not nationally enforceable law. If, there is issue of appeal, many if not most of judges at the high court and appellate Court don't have knowledge of Shariah [law], and so a Kadhi court's decision would be misinterpreted or overruled and or bring confusion to Tanzanians.

That is why Kadhi Court is unconstitutional and should not be implemented.
