nikijua kesho napika maharage. nayachambua jioni kuondoa taka kisha nayaosha nayaroweka usiku wote kesho yake muda wowote nitakaoona unafaa nitayasuuza kisha kuweka kwenye sufuria na kubandika jikoni ndani ya saa moja yatakuwa yameiva. kama ni maharage mabichi hayaitaji kurowekwa.

Wakati yakikaribia kuiva naweka chunvi na pia nahakikisha supu yake haikaukii maana ndio mchuzi wenyewe.

3. kaanga kitunguu chako pamoja na nyanya moja isiwe kubwa sana baada ya hapo weka maharagwe yako fanya kama No. (2)

4. Kaanga kitunguu chako pamoja na nyanya vikishalainika weka karanga koroga hilo rosto la karanga mpaka uhakikishe limeiva na bila kushika chini kwenye sufuria, weka maharage yako geuzageuza vichanganyike vizuri kama dk3 kisha weka supu yake ambayo utakuwa umeihifadhi pembeni vikichemka vizuri weka hoho acha kama dk 3. kisha ipua tayari kwa kuliwa.

FAIDA ZA KUROWEKA MAHARAGE MAKAVU KABLA YA KUPIKA.

1. Hupunguza sumu iliyoko kwenye ganda ambayo husababisha uoni hafifu.
2. hufanya maharage yanaiva vizuri na kwa muda mfupi bila kupasukapasuka
3. huongeza radha, maharage yaliyorowekwa huwa na radha nzuri zaidi kushinda ambayo hayajarowekwa.
4. hupunguza gharama ziwe za mkaa, kuni, gesi au umeme, tena kwa wale ambao wana pressure cooker muda huwa mfupi zaidi.

nyanya inachachua maharage shoga na kama mtu ana vidonda vya tumbo ndo unamuumiza zaidi. hakikisha harage lako umelichemsha likaiva vizuri na kulainika,kicha chukua sufuria weka mafuta kidogo kwani mafuta mengi nayo ni ugonjwa,yakichemka weka vitunguu kaanga viwe brown kisha weka karot then hoho ukipenda , vikiiva weka maharage yako yaache yachemke hadi maji yake yakaukie kidogo bila kusahau chumvi kiasi then tayari kwa kuliwa ukitaka kunogesha zaidi waweza weka tui moja tu zito la nazi hakikisha linachemka na usifunike litakatika.

Mimi huwa sikaangi maharage, nashkuru kwani kuna wengine hufanya kama mimi, Chemsha maharage yako na chumvi kiasi then yakianza kulainika katakata kitunguu maji, hoho,karoti(unaweza kukata mtindo wa box au kuzisaga), na iliki au tangawizi au vyote kwa pamoja hizo iliki usizitwangwe ziweke nzima kama punje nne kwa maharagwe nusu then baadae utaziondoa, tangawizi ukishasaga au kutwangwa ichuje,weka viungo vyote hivyo kwa pamoja,. kama hutumii nazi kama mimi unaweza kuweka maziwa fresh, funika bila kuyakoroga then baada ya dk 15/20 unaweza kuyacheck kama viungo vimeiva vizuri koroga na hapo yanakua tayari,NB mimi sipendi kuweka mafuta kwenye maharage thats why sijayataja.Enjoy!:)
