Nimesoma thread ya mdogo wangu beibe nasty nikakumbuka na Mimi predicament inayonikabili Kwangu nikaona nisimjazie thread yake.
Now...
Kwanza, Kama unaishi peke yako (bachelor), je ni sahihi Kuwa na ratiba ya kupika? (maana kuna siku kichwa kinauma kabisa umetoka zako job naanza kuwaza utapika nini).
Jamani kwa wale ambao ni ma-bachelor wenzangu au wale mliokwisha kupitia huku pliz help me with your experiences.
Na swali lingine la nyongeza, ni vyakula gani uliviweka kwenye ratiba ukizingatia i mainly cook supper...labda weekend ndo napika na mchana.
Natanguliza shukrani.
King'asti nimeona umetoa mapoint kweli pale kwa dadangu..njoo unisaidie.

Loh sijawahi kuwa na ratiba ya kupika...

Raha ya kuwa bachela unajiamulia upike nini, as long as kipo healthy..

Kikubwa ni kuwa na stock ya unga, mchele nyanya n.k n.k
 
Heheh.. BADILI TABIA apo ndo kichwa huwa kinauma...n at the end unaishia kula starch tu...
Nlikua najiambiaga nikiwa na fridge mambo yatakuwa a lot easier as i will have that stock of mboga za kupika..nyanya and the rest. Thing is nimenunua fridge ila bado nawaza nipike nn dat day.
Ndo nkakumbuka home sisi tulikua na ratiba the only problem ile ilikua ya kifamilia zaidi..u know makande et al. Sasa mi nmeshindwa menu za kibachelor ni zipi....yani ma alternatives mengi mengi nataka nisiwe bored.
Maana kuna siku unarudi unawaza 'wali again' unaboeka.

kwanza inatakiwa uwe na frigde. pili w-end fanya shopping ya mboga km nyama,samaki,kuku. unaweza kuchemsha ama kuhifanyi zikiwa mbichi au unaweza kukaanga. hzo nyama/kuku/samaki katakata katika vipande vipande ambavo unaweza toa 1 kwa 1 na kupika pasipo kukatax2 tena. nunua nyanya kiasi,hohô na karoti weka kwny fridge pia. uwe na akiba ya mchele,unga na tambi kana kwamba ukifika hm usihangaike kwenda dukan. uwe na rice cooker ili kurahisisha mapish. weka akiba ya matunda na juice ktk fridge. . .
 
Ratiba ya kupika ni muhimu kwani si kila siku utakula cha aina moja
Na mara nyingi hii ratiba inakuwa ni jioni tu labda siku ya jumapili na inategemea na kazi yako.

Unaweza ukaweka kila day na chakula utakachopika.

Ratiba ya kupika ni muhimu kwani si kila siku utakula cha aina moja
Na mara nyingi hii ratiba inakuwa ni jioni tu labda siku ya jumapili na inategemea na kazi yako.

Unaweza ukaweka kila day na chakula utakachopika.

Mkuu ruttashobolwa, ebu nipe mfano wa ratiba yako if u dont mind???!

simple, make sure una nyama, kuku, samaki, maharage mabichi(mepesi kuiva), mboga za majani zinatakiwa kuwa fresh hivyo ununue daily, bila kusahau biringanya, brakoli, koliflawa nk...... unaweza amua jumatatu nyama ya ng'ombe, jumanne samaki, jumatano ndondo, alhamisi maini, ijumaa kuku, jumamosi mbogaga mchanganyiko, jumapili kande nk....... au spageti na nyama ya kusaga, au ugali na dagaa, ukiwa na nafasi prawns mara moja moja kitimoto kama ni mtumiaji...

kipindi nipo single jumapili nilikuwa napika mboga ya kula jumatatu na jumanne(sikushauri sana hii) then jioni mwendo wa wali na mboga za majani...na juicy(hivi vinafaa zaidi vikiwa fresh)

usisahau matunda ule kila siku.....

lakini kama unakula chakula healthy mchana ni vyema usiku ukala matunda pekee ya kutosha kuliko mistarch, itakujaza kitambi tu

sio lazima kueka ratiba but ni vzuri kama utakuwa na stock ya vyakula ndani!!! utajua upike nini siku hyo kutegemeana na jinsi ulivyochoka and unajiskia kula kitu gani kwa siku hiyo!!!! ni vzuri vtu vnavyochukua muda mrefu kuiva ukavichemsha kabisa na kuvieka kwenye fidge!! mfano siku umerudi umechoka unapika tu ugali nyama ya kukaanga na salad! aau wali na samaki na mboga ya majani kdogo!! pia ili upate mlo kamili ni vyema kuhakikisha fridge lako lina matunda ya kutosha na juice ili uspate tabu ya kupika mboga za majani mara kwa mara!!
