Information Management = better crisis management

Information Management = better crisis management

Hey, it’s me, yours truly and back again with another one.

I got a feeling. A feeling deep down in my bones that it’s the end of the road. A big announcement soon to come? Let’s keep it locked and not change that dial and we shall find out. But that’s neither here nor there. So let’s get to it...
Why crisis management??? Tanzania ina 'Government Continuity Plan' bora kuliko nchi nyingi Africa na hata Middle East! As you said, information lazima ziwe managed, sio kila taarifa inapaswa kuwa broadcasted, na sio kila uvumi wa mitandao (au mainstream media) lazima ujibiwe. For very obvious reasons, wananchi wanapewa taarifa 'on a need to know basis'..Afterall, Ofisi Ya Rais haifanyi kazi na mitandao ya kijamii,

An approach to risk management by Murphy's law:Nothing is as easy as it looks, everything takes longer than you expect and if anything can go wrong it will at worst, leaders without crisis management skills often find themselves in a fire responding to crisis

Power struggle behind the scene:

1.Perhaps Some want assurance of their well being or amnesty before jumping onboard to offer allegiences....
Today I heard Radio free Africa , honestly The condition is worse

Let's organise Prayers to him The man of kiki.

But I guess the issue , who will overtake VP post still covered.

What power struggle?

We already have a presidential order of succession.

Don’t we?
We still don't have a VP yet (incase the worst has happened)

Probably some people would want assurances of their current positions which the Man himself had deliberately positioned them to safeguard his grip on power!

It must be born in their minds that public figures have to keep their words there is a proverb in Swahili that says'maneno huumba'

Ni hawa sasa. Wapambe. Viburi mpaka kwenye nywele.
