Niliwahi sikia kuwa ktk kila mwanamke mmoja kati ya watano ana tendency ya kuachia fluid (mkojo?) kidogo ktk pichu yake kiasi cha 1/2 kijiko kidogo cha chai pale anapofanya haya: kupiga chafya, kucheka, kukohoa, kufanya mazoezi ya viungo na kubeba vitu vizito.

Hivi ni kweli? If so, why 're women more prone to this? Why does this happen, and what can be done about it?

Ipo inatokea sana kwa wanawake watu wazima waliokwishazaa age from 30 . . . . . .
Haswa kwenye chafya inatokea not all the time lkn few drops inatokea.
Wanawake hawa wa jf wataogopa kusema wanaona ni kitu cha aibu na wengine hawajawahi experience hiyo kitu but inatokea

Wakati kichwa kinaelekea kutoka panapo kujifungua kinachana misuli iitwayo pelvic floor muscles. Misuli hii inasaidiana na misuli maalumu ya kuziba njia ya mkojo kuzuia mkojo kutoka ovyo. Ndio maana kinamama waliojifungua kawaida wanashauriwa kufanya Kegel exercises kuweza kurudisha asilimia kadhaa ya ufanyaji kazi wa misuli hiyo.
