I preffer working out in the morning bcoz nachoma storage fat na tumbo liko empty. Nafanya cardio na aerobics

Alhamis napiga jogging asubuhi natoka upanga mpaka sea cliff na kurudi. Jumamosi na napinga jogging kutokea mlimani city udsm ubungo, samnijoma rd back to mlimani city.

Chakula,

Asubuhi chapati ya brown moja na ndizi moja ya kuchemsha, saa 3 nakula matunda kg1.

Mchana ugali wa mhogo/dona na samaki na mboga za majani nyingiii

Jioni Yogati na matunda tu.

Maji.

Kwa siku nakunywa lita 3 na nusu.

I cant stop laughing at 1 kg fruits. Sio nyingi?

Yes ni mengi sana kwa sababu nataka tumbo yangu ijaye kusiwe na nafasi ya wanga mwingi mchana. Imagine mtu unapiga serious workout ya spining class kwa one hour then light weinght for 45 minutes unakuwa umeban sana. Mazoezi yanataka moyo sana.
