Change is not an issue! The issue is how do you cop with the change???????? Hushangai MAFIA na YAKUZA ndo waliwahi kufungua viwanda China na Japan. They swa change comming and they were ready for it!

You probably do not comprehend fully what change means. TB hapa utakesha, mpeni muda tu huyu dogo maana for now if I am allowed to put it mathematically she thinks life is a linear equation where regression can easily be predetermined but she will learn sooner or later it isn't. She thinks she knows the values of all variables while in fact she doesn't and no body does.

Tena hata walio oa/kuolewa nao kuna baadhi ya point ametoa huyu dada na kaka mentor ni muhimu sana kiukweli. Kama mtu akifanikiwa kuoa/kuolewa na anaempenda hapo lazima ndoa iwe nzuri mno tena hakuna awezae kuwazia kuachana. Vijana bado mna changamoto nyingi ktk hili na ziko sababu za msingi tu zinazopelekea hali hii. Sijui walaumiwe waliotangulia au......?
