Eddie Johnson appeared to confirm Pulisic will join the Blues amid reports of a £45million fee being agreed with Borussia Dortmund

Chelsea have emerged as the new favourites to sign United States wonderkid Christian Pulisic, with a transfer to Stamford Bridge ‘confirmed’ by a former US international on social media.

The Sun claim a £45million fee has been agreed between Chelsea and Pulisic’s current club Borussia Dortmund for the 20-year-old, who will move to London in the summer.

The Blues have reportedly beaten off rival interest to agree a deal for Pulisic, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United all known to have been tracking him for a long time.
NOTE: Since no official statement from both clubs, this move remain an offer for Chelsea and incase another club match the offer or exceed, the youngster move may change

Chelsea FC announced annual financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018, recording a new record-high profit. The turnover figure grew to £443.4m from £361.3m in the previous year, an increase of 22.7 per cent, as revenues exceeded £400m for the first time.

The record revenues, as well as a profit on player sales of £113.0m, helped the club achieve a record-high profit for the year, after tax, of £62.0m.

These results ensure the club continues to comply with UEFA’s break-even criteria under the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations

Broadcasting revenues increased by £41.7m to £204.1m, primarily as a result of the club returning to the UEFA Champions League competition in the year.

The club’s participation in the Champions League helped achieve an overall increase in matchday revenues of £8.4m in 2017/18 from ticket sales.

Chelsea have rejected an offer of more than £20m from Bayern Munich for Callum Hudson-Odoi, Sky Sports News understands.

Chelsea have told Bayern that they value the England U19 international at closer to £40m.
