JF Entrepreneurships Meeting in Dar es salaam, 7 February 2015
Vision: To enable us prosper and sustain our businesses by having clear visions, innovations, strategy, finance and good leadership. But as we know, Entrepreneurship can't exist without the entrepreneurs network we depend to each other so as to do market research, pressing the government for our rights like banning of importing locally produced goods, permission to export our produce in surplus, subsidized loans, machines and fertilizers., information on weather forecast, good seeds and technical support to implement new technology.
Mission: To survive in harsh economic condition and stiff competition locally and neighbouring countries, we need to form clubs that will together with the above share information on the market trend, new technologies as well as form unions that can enable starting of partnerships, small microfinance and trade unions that can represent our needs to the Government.
Goals and objectives: overall is to form a network of entrepreneurship starting in our Regions and later nationwide to share information on new market trends, new technologies, create microfinances, fight for our rights for subsidies in capital, importing machines, fertilizers and banning of locally produce as well as permission to export our produce in surplus.
Specific objectives
1. Create a network of entrepreneurships in our areas and Nationwide, select leaders for each region and countrywide, create a some sort of Constitution for the network to use.
2. Share information on the market trends as well as try to monopolise the market in our areas and Nationwide by outsourcing by creating our own brand of produce
3. Share new technologies in production methods like new tools, seeds or breeds to enable good and reliable productions in our businesses
4. Where possible support each other by buying and selling goods between members.
5. Prepare regular meeting to enable our clubs be active by recruiting new members as well as removing dormant ones.
6. Prepare annual trips to other production sites or farms within our Regions, Nation or countries for members to get new technologies and share experiences as well as create new markets for our produce
7. Were possible, ask for the modernization and and a more user friendly Ujasiriamali forum with all resembling topics or questions grouped into respective threads to enable easy of browsing also the recognition of authorized and verified companies to do buy and sell using JF.

Mama Joe......tunakushukuru sana mpk hapa ulipofikia jamani,hakika hapa tutafikia malengo yetu itakayokuwa na historia nzuri hakika......hapo juu sijaona pa kukwaruza sana labda tu lugha.

Na mpaka hivi sasa kutokuonekana kwa post ya member mwenzetu @kutoba siyo kwamba hatuko naye.....kwa kweli alikuwa safarini ila Mwenyenzi Mungu amemwezesha ameenda na kufika salaama na kurudi salaama salimin na ameniahakiki ya kwamba Mungu akitujalia hakika atakuwa nasi bega kwa bega.

Baada ya ufunguzi wadau wanaweza leta hoja, na hapo kuwepoi na hoja nyingi,na ziwe ni katika mazungumzoa ya watu wote, Mfano mimi naweza anzisha maada ya ufugaji wa kuku. Hapo sasa kila mtu anaweza toa maoni yake, kwa sababu time haitatosha na kwa Dar kuanza itatuwa saa nne
