Bob Marley

Bob Marley

Mama yetu Rita Marley hakuwa nyuma. Big up sana wadada wote wanao kula KAYA.

Kweli kunapo mafanikio Mwanamke nae yupo.

Siwezi kuacha KAYA daima bora nife kuliko kuacha KAYA.

@Mwelewa,an effort should be made to establish reggae music festivals in bongo.Nimemiss sana live perfomance za reggae
Give thanks rasta, it is as if you were in my mind. I love reggae festivals big time

But frankly speaking I see only a few people with passion and love for reggae music in Tz.

On contrary I have come to realize that our neighbor Kenyans love and celebrate reggae music than we do here at home. And this is the reason reggae artists choose Kenya.

Few months ago Chronixx and the whole crew Teflon Zincfence were there for live performance. Also a number of reggae artists were in Nairobi last months.....Richie Spice, Etana, Keznamdi and others

My opinion is that we gotta to spread words first about reggae music so that dem people familize themselves with reggae music and rastafari culture.

Today youth in Tz don't even know who is Jah Cure or Protoje. You can't expect dem youth to show some love.

With Jah timing all is possible.

Your absolutely right bredren most of di yut dem especily the new generation in a we yard are not exposed to the culture and the music, these festivals could be used as medium or platform to inlighten the youth and the whole society on the good vibes and message of reggae.
Ive been in one bob marley concert in dar es salaam, the turn up was massive, and there is a big luv for reggea in the north (arusha & moshi) so it can be dpne.
