The tragedy of Tanzania is a pervasive pathology. Its leadership selection process
excludes its best while celebrating mediocrity. The incremental influence of that
pathology has created a failing state that is unable to do much more than uphold the
conclave of looters that hold the country hostage. In many ways, every election
process turns out to be much worse than the preceding cycle.
Upon taking power after stolen polls, the new leadership often proceeds to enthrone
a ruling ethos that is defined by a searing contempt for the people. That is why,
despite the billions of dollars that the Tanzania state has earned over five decades,
Tanzania remains at the bottom of the human development league. It is a fate that
Tanzania must reject because a better life is possible.​
Fifty years into Tanzania’s attainment of nationhood, it still has the status of what
domestic and international observers call a failed state, failing state, or failed asset.
Tanzania’s failure to belong to the comity of successful and functional states that
obtained the status of independent nationhood within the same decade is not
attributable to the lack of material and human resources. On the contrary, the
country’s economic, social, and political failure has resulted from the non-adherence
to the practice of true federalism and the consequent mismanagement of the nation’s
resources by most of its political managers since independence. Such managers have
ranged from military dictators to civilian presidents and governors imposed on the​
electorate through rigged elections

What to do now?
What is direly needed now is how to get
Tanzania out of the hole of underdevelopment, corruption, and mismanagement.
Now is the time for truly patriotic Tanzanians to join the movement to save Tanzania
from its current state of failure by joining forces with the Voice for the Voiceless Tanzanians (V4V) Group.
Now is the time to liberate Tanzania from the grips of its predators. V4V believes that​
Tanzanias’s failure is avoidable; that Tanzania can be saved. But to stop the politics of
self-imposed failure, a new crop of leaders with a patriotic outlook and a
transformational vision from those of its predatory leaders must move to the centre
of the country’s political space to re-engineer it away from chronic failure and chart
a new course in the direction of success. The V4V is blazing the trail of change and
transformation in Tanzania. V4V values has been designed to bring liberty,​
security, and prosperity to all Tanzanians, is being made available to all Tanzanians, through building strong citizens to create wealth and
make contributions to modern global civilization.

Binaadamu yeyote anaweza kubadilika wakati wowote. Lakini hizi taarifa hapa ni porojo tu, zinaendana kinyume na muonekano halisi wa mambo ambayo ZITTO amekuwa akiyasimamia. Kama angekuwa pandikizi kwa namna yoyote ile, asingeweza kuishika serikali namna ile mpaka baraza la mawaziri likavunjwa. Hata CCM wanajua kwamba ZITTO ni mchapakazi na mzalendo. Kosa lake ni kujiamini 100% kuwa ana support ya wenzake nyuma, kumbe wao wanataka kummaliza kisiasa. Lakini this is too late. Hoja za DR Slaa ni kuvuruga maendeleo ya nchi kwa kuleta maandamano yasiyokuwa na msingi. Hoja za Zitto ni tangible supported by evidences even fools wanaweza kuona. Acheni propaganda za kitoto.

Najaribu kufuatilia maandiko yako hapa unaonekana ka-innocent flani uliyeingizwa mkenge na kundi la wasaliti na sasa unaogopa kuwakana.Utetezi wako ni mwepesi sana so bora ukae kimya tu dada yangu ligi hii ngumu upande wenu mna dalili zote za kupoteza.Ukimya wako utakupa nafasi ya kuwa considered kurudi katika hali ya utu na si ushirikina.

Slaa na yeye anashuhudia huu mnyukano lakini inaonekana kaamua aangalie tu mpaka mwisho kila mwenye lake aweke hapa aone itakuwa je.
