According to your reasoning then Mombasa road and Kilimani should be CBD.It is the HQ to all Telecom companies in Tanzania( Vodacom, Airtel , TTCL, Tigo, Halotel, Smile) , Banks like Akiba, Azania etc, Mining comapnies and all High tech hubs are located in this area. May be you should tell us what is CBD.
