Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

This notion that Kenya is more developed that Tanzania really beats me. I mean where do you get that?

Nikichora graph ya Exponential function kati ya maendeleo ya Tanzania na muda utaona dhahiri kuwa ninyi ndiyo mnaoisoma namba.

The only chance you had was in 2007 sahii my frens.......watch us give you a wider gap ....we shall compare notes in 2022.......

How can $12B real estate value compared to $9B of yours?, I tell you if you inject $12B in Nairobi, even Korogocho and Kibera will look like your state house, Nairobi is too small in size.

It's midnight and that's the best you can post make it small the way you want but fact is that its a metro of 8 million people plus and covers 15000 sq kilometres......the real estate boom is in kiambu as of now.....Nairobi is already built up.Not forgetting machakos where Jkia lies ......let's not forget kitengela ngong kiserian and ongata rongai in Kajiado..........if all these were factored would you have managed even to score a third of their aggregate...? lol

these niggas think they live in utopia until they get to nairobi

nowonder they can't cope with our pace ...hehehe.
I once read on this same thread how a Tanzanian was complaining about the fast-paced life in nairobi streets, vile watu wa Nairobi hutembea kwa mwendo wa kasi which btw is true for those who haven't been to Nairobi. I tried explaning to him kwamba that is Kenyans' nature, ya kwamba to us, every second counts.the reason we are ahead of them in virtually everything
