First of all, there is only one superpower (US of A) and 1 contesting superpower (China) Let me assume you mean developed countries.
Now your statement presumes that all countries with electric trains are a developed, rather than all developed countries have electric trains. It’s is like saying all countries with paved roads are developed instead of “all developed countries have paved roads”
And btw food for thought;even the superpower you are talking about has less than 1% of its rail network electrified. Canada too!
