There are now more 20+ floor buildings under construction in Westlands - Nairobi alone today, than there are (both built or being built) in the entire Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Somalia COMBINED.

Loans are only given to people/entities that are capable of repaying.
LDC bongolala has never been able to repay anything. That's why very few people are willing to lend you big money; you have to run to Russia.
